Learn to prepare delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts from the Greek Isles during "Greek Cookery." Participants and instructor Mike Wetzel will explore and prepare native Greek foods, as well as discuss ingredients from the region, such as olives, seafood and tomatoes.

Wetzel, who holds an associate's degree in culinary arts from Moraine Park Technical College, in Fond du Lac, will work hand-in hand with students as they prepare the delicious Greek foods. "We will also discuss how to obtain fresh fish in our area," he said. At the end of the evening, recipes are sent home with participants.

Greek Cookery (CRN 31467) will be held from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, at Moraine Park, in Fond du Lac.

To register, call 1-800-472-4554; to discover more, visit morainepark.edu. Registration deadline is March 12. Price is $23.50 (62 or over $18.63).
