Tyler Kosmoski verdict: After two hours of deliberation, the jury acquitted former jewerly store owner Tyler Kosmoski of all 12 charges of theft Friday.

A Brown County jury deliberated two hours Friday evening to find former jeweler Tyler Kosmoski not guilty of stealing customers' jewelry at the now-closed Diamond Factory in Ashwaubenon.

"The truth will set you free - it works," Kosmoski said afterward. "I'm elated. It's why we brought this case to trial."

Defense lawyer Eric Wimberger said the jury heard from more than 70 witnesses, and with that many, "the truth comes out." ...
