At 12:40 p.m. Wednesday, an officer arrested a 26-year-old man on Lake View Drive on nine outstanding Clark County warrants for failure to pay fines.

On Wednesday, an officer stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of North Third Avenue. A 27-year-old man driving the vehicle was issued a citation for operating after revocation and the 27-year-old man riding as a passenger in the vehicle was arrested on a warrant.

At 3:20 p.m. Wednesday, an officer arrested a 32-year-old man after a traffic stop in the 300 block of Spruce Street on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

At 6:34 p.m. Wednesday, officers conducted a follow-up investigation in the 700 block of North Second Avenue on a dog bite case. The dog was quarantined in the home.

At 7:16 p.m. Wednesday, an officer responded to the intersection of Highway 29 and 48th Avenue to a report of a vehicle in the ditch. The 41-year-old man driving the vehicle was arrested on charges of second-offense drunken driving.

At 12:34 a.m. Thursday, officers arrested a 30-year-old man in the 1700 block of Sherman Street on charges of first-offense drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

At 2:48 p.m. Thursday, an officer arrested a 32-year-old woman in the 300 block of North First Avenue on charges of possessing medication without a valid prescription and a probation hold.

At 7 p.m. Thursday, officers arrested a 39-year-old man in the 200 block of South 18th Avenue on charges of retail theft.

At 7:49 p.m. Thursday, officers arrested a 36-year-old man in the 1000 block of South Third Avenue on two Marathon County warrants.

On Thursday, officers arrested a 17-year-old boy on charges of loaning a person under 18 a dangerous weapon and recklessly causing great bodily harm to a child who had been stabbed with a knife. A 16-year-old boy was arrested on charges of possession of a dangerous weapon and recklessly endangering safety.

At 11:03 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to the 900 block of South Ninth Avenue to a report of criminal damage to property.

At 12:47 p.m. Thursday, an officer responded to a residence in the 1400 block of Franklin Street for a report of identity theft.
