AMHERST - The Amherst girls basketball team was in control from the start and cruised to a 60-30 WIAA Division 4 regional championship victory over Wild Rose on Saturday. seven rebounds six steals, six assists

The Falcons had a balanced attack with Marisa Loken controlling the paint with 15 points and six rebounds, while point guard Jaimee Pitt did a bit of everything with 12 points, seven rebounds six assists and six steals.
