APPLETON - Fred Hauser was named chief operating officer of the Orthopedic & Sports Institute of the Fox Valley. Hauser brings more than 35 years of experience to the job. He previously served as vice president of certifications and membership standards for the YMCA of the USA in Chicago and is graduate of University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with post-graduate courses in La Crosse and Missouri Western State College in St. Joseph, Mo. He has earned several certifications, including the Association of Professional Directors National Conference, Diversity and Inclusion training, and numerous review teams assisting Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa YMCAs.

APPLETON - Rick Bishop was named vice president and general manger of StrataGrahpic in Oshkosh, a unit of Great Northern Corp. He brings more than 20 years of experience to the post.

LITTLE CHUTE - Drew Poggemann was named director of technology at Avastone Technologies. He will lead the software and Web development teams, researching new technologies and applying them to meet customer demand.

Dr. Christopher Mjaanes has joined the medical staff at Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah. He is on staff at the Center for Asthma and Allergy. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and American Board of Allergy & Immunization. Mjaanes received his medical degree through the University of Wisconsin Medical School and completed his pediatric residency at the UW-Children's Hospital of Madison.

DE PERE - Tim Bagnieski was named sales director for the business development team at Nsight Telservices. Bagnieski joined Nsight Telservices in January and is responsible for the development and execution of the company's sales plans, managing the growth of the business sales team, and implementing strategies in the company's CLEC and ILEC territories.
