Stellar astrophysicist to speak at UWSP

Terry Oswalt, an expert in stellar astrophysics, will present "Searching for Life in the Universe: Where is Everyone?" at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 170 of the Trainer Natural Resources Building at UWSP. The talk is part of the Shapley Lecture at UWSP.

Oswalt, head of the Physics and Space Sciences Department at Florida Institute of Technology, will discuss the latest developments in the search for Earth-like planets orbiting others stars. The lecture is free and open to the public.
