Books Between Bites will meet on Tuesday, March 12, from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. at Salem United Methodist Church, 120 Sheboygan St., Fond du Lac, to hear Midge Miles review "This I Believe: The Personal Philosophies of Remarkable Men and Women," edited by Jay Allison and Dan Gediman.

The short essays reveal the core principles or personal credos that guided the live of a variety of wise persons. The original selections were part of Edward R Morrow's radio program in the 1950s. Selections from various generations will be included in the review.

Our presenter, Midge Miles, serves Pilgrim United Church of Christ as its Adult Education Coordinator and is founder/president of a narrative consulting and learning company, The Storied Organization.

Just announced - the book which Tom Herre will review on April 9, is "It Worked for Me: In Life and Leadership," by Colin Powell, with Tony Koltz.

Everyone is welcome. Bring your lunch. Beverages will be available. The church is handicap-accessible.
