APPLETON - The Minnesota woman who gave police crucial information that led to charges being filed in the 2007 shooting death of Lara Plamann made her initial appearance in Outagamie County Circuit Court on Monday.

Rosie Campbell, 38, of St. Paul, told authorities last month that Kandi Siveny, 34, shot and killed the 30-year-old Plamann on Oct. 17, 2007. Siveny is the daughter of Dianna Siveny, 53, who was in a relationship with Plamann.
