$25K bail for driver in Manitowoc crash that killed 2

MANITOWOC - Bail was set at $25,000 cash for the 21-year-old Manitowoc man accused of killing two men and seriously injuring a third early Sunday morning while driving drunk and speeding.

Dylan J. Karnitz sat with his face in his hands for much of the bail hearing. He is scheduled for an initial court appearance at 2:30 p.m. March 11 in front of Judge Jerome Fox. He appeared at the bail hearing via a remote monitor.
