The Green Bay area will largely miss a winter storm hitting southern and southeastern Wisconsin today. There's only a 30 percent chance of snow, with little to no accumulation, this afternoon and tonight.

Even so, the storm has forced the cancellation of more than a dozen airline flights to and from Chicago at Austin Straubel International Airport in Ashwaubenon and Outagamie County Regional Airport in Greenville.National Weather Service forecast
