Alec Brown's slow start to the season probably cost him a second straight berth on the all-Horizon League first team, but his University of Wisconsin-Green Bay teammate Keifer Sykes made that squad for the first time.

Brown was sixth in the voting among coaches, sports information directors and media members, placing him on the second team. The awards were announced on Monday. Sykes was fifth, giving him the last spot on the first team. In addition, freshman Jordan Fouse was named to the all-newcomer team and all-defensive team.
