Community First Credit Union has installed 20 automated external defibrillators at its branch offices throughout Northeastern Wisconsin, including locations in Green Bay and De Pere.

About 30 Community First employees underwent first responder training late last year that included training covering AED use. Training is not required to use an AED.

Automated external defibrillators are portable devices that can detect abnormal heart rhythms and treat potentially life threatening cardiac events.
