Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For information, call 715-346-1401 or 866-920-2525, or on the Web: www.co.portage.wi.us/adrc. Unless noted otherwise, the following take place at Lincoln Center, 1519 Water St.

Monday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: Introduction to Medicare.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: yoga; fiction writing; Bunco.

10:30 a.m.: Craft & Chat at Amherst dining site.

11:30 a.m.: music by Raflik & Cekosh.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site.

1 p.m.: Scrabble; bridge; pottery; acrylic painting.

Lunch menu: cheeseburger, potato salad, baked beans, apricots.

Tuesday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m.: wood carving.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: introduction to acrylic painting; Foster Grandparent Program inservice.

10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Holly Shoppe Spring Open House.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Smear; conversational Spanish.

10:30 a.m.: chair massage.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:30 a.m.: music by the Grenadiers.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Junction City dining site.

1 p.m.: chip carving; bride lessons; continuing Spanish; RSVP Silver Threads.

5 p.m.: Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group.

Lunch menu: pork, mashed potatoes with gravy, French-style green beans, dinner roll, fruit cocktail.

March 13

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: ceramics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9 a.m.: cribbage.

9:30 a.m.: Drama on the Edge.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Mind Rewind Early Memory Loss.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site; beginner Polish.

1 p.m.: pinochle; bridge.

1:15 p.m.: advanced beginner Polish.

2 p.m.: intermediate Polish; advanced t'ai chi.

3 p.m.: beginning t'ai chi.

Lunch menu: barbecued chicken breast, baked potato with sour cream, garden salad, dinner roll, seasonal fruit.

March 14

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: knitting.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open; help with income tax returns.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; blood pressure screening.

10:30 a.m.: ceramics for adults with disabilities.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:30 a,m.: music by Pieczynski & Martin.

Noon: St. Patrick's celebration.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Plover dining site.

1 p.m.: pottery; quilting.

Lunch menu: ham boiled dinner with vegetables, three-bean salad, whole grain bread, lime Jell-O with topping.

March 15

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: help with income tax returns.

9 a.m.: help with computer skills.

9 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe registration of new merchandise.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: Living with Alzheimer's.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

11:30 a.m.: music by Roger Nelson.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Lincoln Center and Amherst dining sites.

1 p.m.: duplicate bridge.

Lunch menu: lasagna roll-ups, cauliflower and broccoli, French bread with garlic butter, peaches and pineapple, sugar cookie.

March 16

11 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.
