For a third straight tournament game, the Nekoosa girls will take their fast-paced brand of basketball on the road.

After winning their Division 3 playoff opener at home, the Papermakers won their next two games on the road to win their first WIAA regional crown in 31 years.

"It was exciting," said senior Kendra Marcouex, recalling last Saturday night's big win. "We've never accomplished anything like this, so being a senior I really enjoyed it." ...
