GRAND CHUTE — The State Patrol identified the woman ejected in Wednesday’s rollover crash on U.S. 41 as Michele M. Kilishek, 38, of Appleton.

Around 11:15 a.m., a semi driven by Ralph G. Bonness, 47, of Green Bay collided with Kilishek’s Toyota Echo while they were both merging into the southbound centerlane. The two drivers did not see each other, the State Patrol said.

The right front bumper of the semi tractor trailer unit hit the rear bumper of the car, causing it to roll several times, ejecting Kilishek.

She was taken to Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah with life-threatening injuries. Bonness was not injured.
