Derks enters no contest plea in fatal Highway 21 crash

An Oshkosh man accused of causing a crash that killed an Omro man pleaded no contest in Winnebago County Circuit Court on Thursday.

Jeremy J. Derks, 32, was charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor bail jumping in connection with the May 21 crash that killed Richard J. Bielinski, 84.
