'Winds of March' concert set for Saturday

The University of Wisconsin-Manitowoc Lakeshore Wind Ensemble, conducted by Michael J. Arendt, will present "The Winds of March" concert at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Capitol Civic Centre, 913 S. Eighth St., Manitowoc.

The concert will feature guest saxophone soloist Dr. John Salerno, a Manitowoc native and professor of music at UW-Green Bay; a premiere performance of "Caprice for Concert Band" by Dr. Terence O'Grady; and the presentation of the 15th annual Wesley Teply Community Service Award in the Arts to teacher Barbara Bundy-Jost.
