Bob Bovee and Gail Heil will perform at 7 p.m. Saturday at Mountain View Community Center in Mount Morris, off Highway 152 in central Waushara County. The concert is sponsored by the Black Hawk Folk Society.

Bob Bovee and Gail Heil have traveled the country together since 1980 taking old-time music to audiences of all ages at festivals, fairs, concerts, dances, schools, libraries, music camps, radio and TV programs. Their repertoire includes a wide variety of ballads, cowboy songs, humorous and sentimental numbers, square dance tunes, novelty songs, yodels, Tin-pan-alley favorites, blues and rags. They spice their shows with stories, history and folklore all blended with a generous dose of humor.

A potluck supper will be served at 6 p.m.; everyone is welcome to attend. Admission costs $7 for those 13 and older; children 12 and younger are admitted free. For more information, go to www.blackhawkfolk.org.
