'The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind' to visit Wausau

William Kamkwamba, author of the best-selling book, "The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind," will speak about his childhood March 19 and 20 in Wausau.

Kamakwamba, now a student at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, will be featured at a free A Walk In Their Shoes presentation for the general public at 7 p.m. on March 19 in the auditorium of Wausau East High School, 2607 N. 18th St. He'll speak to area middle school students on March 20.

Kamakwamba's book is about how, as a boy in Malawi during drought and famine, he used library books ...
