Girls basketball: Eagles' McFarlin part of Packerland's first-team

Southern Door's Cheyanne McFarlin was chosen first-team all-Packerland Conference for the 2012-13 high school girls basketball season.

McFarlin, a senior guard, led the conference in scoring with 224 points and an average of 16 points per game. She also topped 1,000 career points during the season.

Also named to the first-team were Kewaunee's Alex Richard, Kelsey Stangel and Jill Kleiman; Algoma's Taylor Schmidt and Kennedy Blahnik; and Oconto's Laken James. Richard, Schmidt and James were unanimous selections. ...
