Briton Durham is a hardworking senior at Phantom Knight School of Opportunity in West De Pere. Briton has taken advantage of the Project Based Learning model of at Phantom Knight as an opportunity to challenge herself academically. She has recently completed rigorous 100-hour projects on ancient Egypt and psychology. Currently, she is working on a 300-hour senior project on the therapeutic value and care of horses. As part of this project, she is volunteering her time at local stables and doing extensive research. At the same time, Briton is enrolled in Spanish 300 at St. Norbert College and advanced placement art. During the summer months, she volunteers in a leadership position for Road America. Briton currently hopes to attend St. Norbert College or the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay upon graduation.
