USHL: Gamblers finish sweep against Team USA

Ryan Siroky and Alex Kile scored in the first period and the Green Bay Gamblers held off Team USA for a 2-1 victory in a USHL game at the Ann Arbor Ice Cube.

Nick Schmaltz had an assist on both Gamblers goals, and Green Bay Notre Dame graduate Tony Kujava made 29 saves to pick up the victory in goal.

The Gamblers swept the two-game series against Team USA and will host the Youngstown Phantoms at 3:05 p.m. today at the Resch Center. ...
