If anyone has any doubts about the community spirit Oshkosh fosters among the next generation of community leaders, this year's Four Under 40 should put any questions to rest.

Oshkosh Northwestern Media's annual salute to young business and community leaders includes Dr. Ryan Ames, Cassandra Fletcher Dorn, John Hintze and Jill Nondorf. Each passed on exploring larger cities where the opportunity to ply their trades might have been more plentiful in favor of the chance to make their mark on Oshkosh:
