Most college students use spring break to escape their studies.

John Hintze remembers spending his time off digging into credit reports at a local bank. Fresh out of Oshkosh West High School, Hintze landed a position as a community banking intern at Associated Bank and knew instantly where his future lay.

"I like working with people, being an integral part of helping their businesses grow and add staff," Hintze said. "It's my way of helping keep the Oshkosh community growing." ...
