I hate to say this, but job hunters who claim they want to stand out from everyone else are delusional.

Yes, they say they want to differentiate themselves and be the one an employer will go bananas over. Then they go and write hollow gibberish on their resumes and LinkedIn profiles - and repeat it out loud if they're lucky enough to get interviewed:

"I deliver strategic solutions that support successful achievement of business objectives and goals." ...
