A casting crew is on the hunt for Wausau-area chefs who are willing to make a go of it as restaurant proprietors.

Hosted by Food Network chef Tyler Florence, "Food Court Wars" will air on the cable channel and feature two teams battling head-to-head to win rent-free restaurant space for a year within a local mall. The winning team will prove they have the skills to run their own locally inspired, original eatery.

Amy Zinicola, a casting assistant for the show, said applicants should have local flair, but she isn't looking for anything specific in applications. ...
