It's possible the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay women's basketball team already has done enough to earn a bid to the NCAA tournament, even if it should happen to lose at some point during the Horizon League tournament this week.

The Phoenix (26-2) is ranked No. 20 in the country, has won 21 straight games and captured its 15th straight regular-season conference championship with an undefeated mark in league play.

But UWGB is taking no chances that its resume will speak for itself. ...
