ComedyCity marathon Friday and Saturday

ComedyCity will present the annual 26.2-Hour Comedy Marathon from Friday, March 15, to Saturday, March 16, at The Green Room Lounge, 353 Main Ave., De Pere.

The fundraiser will start at 7:30 p.m. Friday and run until 11:30 p.m. Saturday.

Proceeds from the event will benefit two local children's cancer charities: the De Pere-based Families of Children with Cancer Inc. and The Angel Fund for Children with Cancer Inc. of Green Bay.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students, senior citizens and military personnel for each of ComedyCity's four regularly scheduled weekend shows, which start at 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. both days. The remaining 20-plus hours, from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 7:30 p.m. Saturday have free admission.

St. Norbert hosts weekend antique show

The 21st annual De Pere Antique Show & Sale will be Saturday, March 16, and Sunday, March 17, at Schuldes Sports Center on the St. Norbert College campus, 601 Third St., De Pere.

Show hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

The show will include 65 dealers with their handiwork and other items for sale.

Admission is $4.50, which is good for both days. Children 15 years old and younger are free. Parking is free in nearby lots.

Lunch fundraiser at downtown restaurant

Nicolet Restaurant in downtown De Pere will host a restaurant relay Monday, March 18, for the upcoming American Cancer Society Relay For Life of De Pere.

The restaurant at 525 Reid St. will donate 10 percent of all sales from anyone who dines there that day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to the cause.

Relay For Life of De Pere will be held Saturday, March 23, at St. Norbert College's Schuldes Sports Center.
