The race for Stevens Point city attorney race April 2 could come down to whether voters prefer experience or exuberance.

Incumbent Louis Molepske, who has held the position for 46 years, is being challenged by District 1 City Council member Andrew Logan Beveridge. The two, along with candidates for two other city positions and one City Council seat, participated Tuesday in a candidate forum at the Portage County Public Library sponsored by the Stevens Point Area League of Women Voters.
