Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For information, call 715-346-1401 or 866-920-2525, or go to www.co.portage.wi.us/adrc. Unless noted otherwise, the following take place at Lincoln Center, 1519 Water St.

Monday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: yoga.

10:30 a.m.: resistance chair demonstration.

11:30 a.m.: music by Agnes Mallek.

11 a.m.: music by the Old Timers Band at Amherst dining site.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site; Living Well.

1 p.m.: Scrabble; bridge; pottery; oil painting; acrylic painting.

3 p.m.: SLR camera basics.

Lunch menu: tater tot casserole, carrot coins, whole wheat bread, warm cinnamon apples, ice cream.

Tuesday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m.: wood carving.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Smear; conversational Spanish.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Junction City dining site.

1 p.m.: chip carving; bridge lessons; continuing Spanish.

1:15 p.m.: Healthy Eating.

2 p.m.: book discussion.

Lunch menu: chicken fettuccine with Alfredo sauce, peas, apricots, peanut butter delight bar.

March 20

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: ceramics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

9 a.m.: cribbage.

9:30 a.m.: Drama on the Edge.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Mind Rewind Early Memory Loss.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site; beginner Polish.

1 p.m.: pinochle; bridge.

1:15 p.m.: advanced beginner Polish.

2 p.m.: intermediate Polish; advanced tai chi.

3 p.m.: beginning tai chi.

Lunch menu: turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli salad, dinner roll, seasonal fruit.

March 21

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9:30 a.m.: knitting; foot care clinic.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open; help with income tax returns.

10:30 a.m.: ceramics for adults with disabilities.

11:30 a,m.: music by Pieczynski & Martin.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Plover dining site.

1 p.m.: pottery; crocheting; round dancing.

2 p.m.: square dancing.

Lunch menu: beef stew with vegetables, baking powder biscuits, creamy cucumber salad, fresh grapes.

March 22

9 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe registration of new merchandise.

11:30 a.m.: music by Roger Nelson.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Lincoln Center and Amherst dining sites.

1 p.m.: duplicate bridge.

1:30 p.m.: Wii bowling.

Lunch menu: tuna salad sub, vegetable soup, fruit cocktail, vanilla wafers.

March 23
