US Venture expands in Indiana

U.S. Venture, parent of the Express Convenience Centers, has acquired Indiana-based SEE USA Co.'s branded wholesale fuel supply business that supplies 24 convenience stores throughout central Indiana and parts of Illinois.

SEE USA is a subsidiary of SJC Inc. This is the second acquisition for U.S. Venture in Indiana.

The company in May 2012 purcahsed TrueBlood Oil's branded dealer business in Indiana. The company has said expansion into Indiana is part of its overall plan to grow in the Midwest.
