Nearly 1,000 prison reform, social justice advocates rallying in Madison

More than 900 people from faith-based organizations across Wisconsin are gathered in Madison today to advocate for prison reform, public transportation and access to affordable healthcare.

A busload of people from ESTHER, a faith-based organization based in Neenah, are at the event, called Madison Action Day, during which participants first gathered at Bethel Lutheran and First United Methodist churches in Madison.
