Fallone stresses need for reform with Supreme Court (with video)

Ed Fallone says the Wisconsin Supreme Court needs to change, and he believes he can help that happen.

Fallone, a law professor from Marquette University, is running against incumbent Justice Pat Roggensack on April 2. The winner will receive a 10-year term.
