Woman pleads guilty in scratch-off theft

MERRILL - A former employee at a Gleason convenience store accused of stealing thousands of dollars of lottery tickets has reached a plea agreement in the case.

Jennifer L. Boyd, 22, of Gleason on Tuesday pleaded guilty to felony theft charges in Lincoln County Circuit Court. Lincoln County Circuit Court Judge Jay Tlusty sentenced Boyd to two years of probation and 90 days in jail, online court records show.
