A hospital cafeteria may not be on someone's first choice list for lunch, but if seeking a healthy option, it may be worth checking out in the Fox Cities.

For the past few years staffs at ThedaCare, which operate Appleton Medical Center and Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah, and Affinity Health System, parent of St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, have worked to revamp menus in their respective cafeterias to make them healthier but also make them appealing to the public and patients.
