During a stop in Sheobygan Friday, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson called his recent meetings with President Barack Obama a "necessary first step" to solving some of the nation's financial issues, but that's just the start of the process.

Johnson was in town to meet with members of the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce to discuss an ozone compliance nonattainment issue and attended the Lincoln-Reagan Day dinner Friday night at The Bull in Sheboygan Falls.
