Disturbance: A 27-year-old Plover man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct at 12:06 a.m. Monday after police responded to a disturbance in the 3400 block of Jackson Avenue. Witnesses say he was screaming and yelling loud enough for neighbors to hear.

Harassment: A 31-year-old Plover woman reported being harassed on Facebook by a 34-year-old Waupaca man at 8:49 p.m. Monday.
