St. Patrick's Day in Green Bay: March 16, 2013: The Shamrock Club of Green Bay St. Patrick's Day parade went off Saturday in Green Bay with a slight Star Wars flavor thanks to the Black Ice Squad of the Wisconsin Garrison of the 501st Legion.

A ribbon of green, orange and white snaked down the Fox River Trail in Green Bay Saturday in celebration of St. Patrick's Day.

Hundreds of parade participants walked past spectators standing in freshly fallen snow. Participants brought a number of different aspects of Irish, and other, heritage to the event.

Members of the Fox River Hurling Club donned team jerseys, hurleys and protective gear to draw some domestic attention attention to the national sport of Ireland. ...
