Health insurance fines don't make sense

GREEN BAY - What is our government thinking? About fining or penalizing families and people who cannot afford health insurance? Does taking more money away from the people make sense? The penalty money could go toward some type of insurance.

If we have to scrape up money for a fine, don't they think we would have some extra money to try to get health insurance?

And where will all the money the government gets for the penalties go? Not back to us, I'll bet.
