Neillsville's Lindner lands on second team

Neillsville junior Jenny Lindner, who has been a big part of the Warriors success over the past three years, was a second-team selection to The Associated Press all-state squad, which was released Wednesday.

The 5-foot-11 guard averaged 15.4 points and 4.6 rebound per game this season for the Warriors, who had their 54-game winning streak snapped in a WIAA Division 3 state semifinal matchup with East Troy. Lindner - who has narrowed her college choices to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee or UW-Green Bay -scored 22 of her 26 points in the first half, including 16 of the Warriors 18 points ...
