When the craft beer craze hit the new millennium, Greenville resident Pat Flanagan was ready.

Flanagan, owner of Flanagan's Stop and Shop in downtown Appleton, is known for being ahead of the curve for his liquor store's inventory, which hosts one of the widest selections of craft beers in the state. Flanagan's offers more than 500 craft beers, 220 imported beers, 3,000 wines, so it was only natural that he pioneer a beer and wine festival.
