If you want to be a successful entrepreneur, it all comes down to passion. Lynne Gerrits, owner of Balloons by Us in Green Bay, says that this is the one trait that matters above all others.

"I operate out of my love for what I'm doing," Gerrits said. "An entrepreneur is someone who is passionate about something. It's loving something so much that you could sell it to a lamp post."
