Teacher learns a lesson from student

What does a desperate child do when her teacher refuses to give her permission to go to the bathroom? This is a story of my experience at White School, a rural one-room school with grades one to eight. I was in the fourth grade, and this story describes my increasing dire predicament and its inevitable consequences.
