EgoCon celebrates sci-fi, fantasy, gaming

EgoCon, an event celebrating science-fiction, fantasy and gaming, will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Elizabeth Inn & Convention Center, 5246 Harding Ave., Plover. Evening games will continue until 11:30 p.m.

Presented by the North Eastern Wisconsin Friends of the Doctor, the event will feature four full-size daleks, a presentation by Stevens Point Paranormal Investigator Chris Scharrer, live music, a fencing demonstration, tarot readings, vendors, a charity auction to benefit St. Paul's Food Pantry and Wisconsin Public Television, and much more.
