Outagamie County officials say a landmark is just around the corner for the aging, the disabled and their loved ones.

Individuals who qualify for long-term care services will immediately be able to obtain them.

"For the first time in a quarter-century, the waiting list will be completely eliminated," County Executive Tom Nelson said Friday. ...
