Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt offers a video tour of the new health care clinic for military veterans under construction on Green Bay's east side.

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is overseeing the $60 million development at 2800 University Ave. The facility is scheduled to open this summer and is expected to serve up to 20,000 veterans a year.

Schmitt videotaped this tour for his recent annual State of the City address.
