Walker thanks workers during stop in Manitowoc

Gov. Scott Walker thanked the employees of Skana Aluminum Co. during a visit to the plant on Thursday. The success of Wisconsin businesses isn't just because of investments or the business environment, he said.

When traveling throughout Wisconsin, "what I hear time and time again is it's the quality of our workforce," Walker said, referring to the work ethic that is unique to Wisconsin and the Midwest.
