Would you like to learn how to tap or line dance? Join the Rome Kountry Kickers or Romettes Tap Dancers in Rome. The dancers are a part of the Home Town Rome Players who share their talents as service to the community. Volunteer teachers are Jeanne Woulf at 715-325-7132 and Barb Blair, 715-258-3796.

Here is a tentative schedule for tap and line dancing.

The tap dancers will practice at the Rome Municipal Building through Labor Day:

Advanced: 4 p.m. to to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday; and 3:45 p.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Beginners: 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Wednesday.

Line dance practice will be at the Municipal Building from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Mondays. Beginner dancers start at 8 a.m.

A $25 donation is requested to cover expenses and costumes. Call Woulf or Blair for more information about joining.
