There's a new penguin in Brown County, but he's not at the NEW Zoo.

The Twitter user @PreparedPenguin is part of a recent effort by the county to communicate important government messages to people who live and work in the region. County leaders have stepped up efforts to reach people via social networking channels such as Twitter and Facebook.
