Get ready, business travelers, for lie-flat seats on some cross-country flights.

Full-flat seats in business- and first-class cabins have become a must-have perk for overseas flights. Now, the country's three big global carriers - American, Delta and United - are adding the seats to some of their transcontinental routes as competition among the giants for premium customers intensifies.
